“The Lost, The Found, and The Claimed”

In the fissures of identity, we are lost; at the fluid boundaries of existence, we are found; through acts of resistance, we claim. “The Lost, The Found, and The Claimed” is a philosophical exploration of identity, space, and meaning. This exhibition gathers international artists to investigate how individuals traverse the haze of uncertainty, rediscover their essence, and reclaim agency by occupying physical and virtual spaces.

“The Lost” represents the fragility and ambiguity of identity within a complex interplay of cultural multiplicity and societal constraints.
“The Found” embodies the search for selfhood, traced through relationships, emotions, and spaces.
“The Claimed” asserts the power of agency, where individuals actively construct their identities by reclaiming their bodies, emotions, and social spaces.

Through a philosophical and immersive narrative, the exhibition transforms the experience of being lost and found into a journey of introspection and resistance. Here, space is no longer neutral but becomes a vessel for emotions, rebellion, and belonging. Identity is not a static definition but an ever-evolving process. Audience members are invited to enter these dynamic realms crafted by the artists, becoming participants and witnesses in the journey of identity reimagined.

“The Lost, The Found, and The Claimed” is a meditation on existence: being lost is the beginning of resistance, being found is the expansion of meaning, and claiming is the ultimate affirmation of the self.

We invite international artists to participate in the exhibition “The Lost, The Found, and The Claimed”, an exploration of identity, loss, and reclamation within cross-cultural contexts. This exhibition seeks to investigate how individuals navigate the complexities of displacement, rediscovery, and agency through occupying physical, emotional, and cultural spaces. Featuring installation, video, sound, and performance, the show will spotlight personal and collective journeys of transformation.

We are looking for artworks that engage with the following questions:
  • How do you, as an artist, express the journey of being lost and found?
  • How does your work reflect the act of occupying space—physical, emotional, or cultural?
  • How has navigating cross-cultural environments influenced your identity and artistic practice?

We welcome submissions that contribute to a broader dialogue on identity fluidity, cultural interplay, and creative resistance.
